Injection Molded Floss Dispenser
This project aimed to explore injection molding as a manufacturing method. To maintain the plastic's shape, specific "skeletal" components are necessary. In this design, ribs and bosses are employed to enhance the dispenser's stability and rigidity. The addition of a stand allows for a more permanent addition to a bathroom counter.
Chrysalis Luminaire
This project aimed to create a product that produced an interesting lighting and shadow design. When deconstructed, the luminaire can be flat-packed to allow for less package material waste. The outcome is an elegant light fixture that provides soft, ambient light.
Tumbl
Tumbl is a form-giving project. I was tasked with designing and crafting a '“playful” object in the form of a clock. Through the use of a dynamic shape, color, and finish, Tumbl turned into a clock fit to be in any child’s bedroom.
Four Boards, Five Books
